Just reflow the VR1201 IC and pull out of the board gently. Be careful you might reheat the flex connector.

V3 insert sim problem and solution
This V3 insert sim problem and solution is can be done by removing one crystal IC near the flex socket. See the image below to know which IC to remove.
Just reflow the VR1201 IC and pull out of the board gently. Be careful you might reheat the flex connector.
